Hello! I know that potty training is challenging when it's not going right. I know you want help FAST. 

I put together this guide so that we can all be on the same page in terms of expectations of how this works! 

I'm aware you want help as soon as possible, once you purchase a consultation with me. As a potty training consultant who works with parents all over the world in different time zones, I won't be able to respond to every email right away. 

That being said, feel free to reach out if you feel like you've been waiting and should have heard from me (tech glitches happen like random spam filtering, and I'm human and could miss something.)

Here's what happens:

Purchase the plan you want (it all goes through Paypal).

Your consultation does not expire if you want to use it at a later date. Feel free to start up whenever you're ready.

If you change your mind and request a refund prior to us working together, I will be able to issue you a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.

You receive a welcome email from me.

Watch for a welcome email in your inbox. It may come in minutes. It may come in hours. It's created by me (it's not an automated message.) So depending on the day, time of day, Wifi access, etc, it may be several hours before you get your welcome email. Hang in there!  

**Please note the welcome email will be sent to the email address on your Paypal account. If you haven't received your welcome email, check to be sure it's not been sent to another email that's connected to your Paypal account.

Now what?

We schedule our call: In your welcome email, you'll receive a link to my scheduling app. I live in Maine on Eastern Time. I make myself available to do calls during some day and evening slots.

I've been booking out about a week or so on my schedule. I try to keep my site up-to-date to reflect my current availability. I don't work on weekends and I take holidays off. If you purchase a phone consultation and my availability doesn't match up with your needs, I am happy to give you a full refund (minus a processing fee of $5, because Paypal charges me).
