Please Note: By purchasing a consultation or e-course through Oh Crap Potty Training From ME To You, you are in the role here as the Client. Jen L'Italien of Oh Crap Potty Training From ME To You is the Consultant referenced below.

REFUND POLICY

You will not receive a refund if the potty training learning is completed faster than the time that the forum or phone consultation terminates. You will not receive a refund for any unused phone or online support. You agree that cancellation of services will be subject to the following refund schedule if a refund is warranted:

FOR THE ONLINE FORUM:

1. Prior to the initial posting on the forum, 100 percent refund of flat rate minus a $5 processing fee (because Paypal charges a fee that is not refunded.)

2. After initial exchange on the forum, where a plan with tips is shared, a refund may be issued for 30 percent of the service rate.

3. After coaching services have commenced further, no refund will be issued. You may always choose to pause your time in the online forum — send an email (jen@ohcrappottytrainingmetoyou.com) to request a pause in the membership — and can restart whenever you choose. There is no expiration date on a paused membership. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the consultant that they’d like to pause their membership, and the pause in membership will begin on that date.

FOR PHONE CONSULTATIONS:

2. After initial phone call, a refund will be issued for 30 percent of the service price.

3. After initial call and commencement of coaching, no refund will be issued.

Terms and Conditions

By choosing a consultation package, you as the client agree to:

Answer and respond to Consultant’s questions in a timely manner
Keep the Consultant up-to-date on the progress of your child as it relates to potty training — the Consultant is not expected to remind you to share progress updates.
The Consultant will be coaching the Client on plans, methods, and ideas that the Consultant thinks will work best for your individual case, based on patterns and experience as a certified Oh Crap Potty Training consultant. If the Client chooses not to use the plans, or if the child has a medical condition, the Consultant is not required to fulfill the agreement of consulting until the child is done with potty training. The consultation rate is based on paying for the consultant's time (phone time and email support) with the service. There are special cases where the Client may need to work with another medical specialist to work through the potty training issue.

The Consultant is required to:

Fulfill the specific support plans outlined for each service, as detailed on the site.
Respond to emails and texts in a timely manner. Timely means within 24 hours, though the consultant makes every effort to respond as soon as possible. There may be extenuating circumstances (consultant may be traveling, sick, or dealing with other immediate circumstances that may prevent consultant from replying within a 24 hour period.)
